The Platform does not provide accredited education, confer degrees, award certifications, or guarantee any educational or professional outcome. Educators provide independent educational support while users remain responsible for their own learning, decisions, submissions, and compliance with applicable institutional policies and laws.
The Services are designed to help users improve their understanding of various subjects through personalized guidance, explanations, educational resources, and constructive feedback. Nothing provided through the Platform should be interpreted as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
3. User Responsibilities
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to:

We make reasonable efforts to maintain reliable communication and respond to user requests promptly. However, response times may vary depending on request volume, availability of Educators, and the complexity of the requested educational support.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Ownership of Materials
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all educational resources, explanations, study materials, guides, templates, original content, graphics, text, software, and other materials made available through the Platform are owned by us, the applicable Educator, or our licensors and are protected by applicable United States intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use such materials solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
5.2 Permitted and Prohibited Use
You may:
- Access and use educational materials for your personal learning and educational development.
- Use explanations, guidance, and feedback to improve your understanding of a subject.
- Consult with Educators regarding educational topics and learning strategies.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, license, or commercially exploit any materials obtained through the Platform without prior written permission.

- Use Platform content for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

6. User Eligibility
6.1 Eligibility Requirements
The Services are intended only for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation or refusal of the requested Services.

All quoted prices include an 11% service fee unless otherwise stated.
If changes requested by the user materially affect the scope of the Services, an updated quotation may be provided before additional educational support is performed.
All charges are processed in United States Dollars (USD). Users are responsible for any currency conversion charges, banking fees, taxes, or similar charges imposed by their financial institution where applicable.
Electronic payment confirmations and receipts will be sent to the email address provided during purchase.
8. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted by contacting our support team within fourteen (14) days after the relevant Services have been provided or after the issue giving rise to the request.
Each refund request is reviewed individually based on the specific circumstances. Users should provide sufficient information describing the issue and any supporting documentation that may assist our review.
Refunds may be considered where:
- the Services materially differ from the confirmed request;
- duplicate payments or billing errors have occurred;
- the requested Services cannot reasonably be provided;
- a verified technical or payment processing error has occurred.
Refunds may be denied where:
- the Services were provided substantially as requested;
- dissatisfaction relates to matters outside the original request;
- insufficient information is provided to evaluate the request;
- these Terms have been violated.
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method, subject to the processing times of the applicable payment provider or financial institution.
Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your financial institution, you agree to contact our support team and allow us a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve the matter. Duplicate payments confirmed by us will be refunded. All refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We make no representations or warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of the Platform or the Services for any particular purpose.
We do not guarantee any specific educational, professional, or personal outcome resulting from the use of the Services. Users remain solely responsible for their own decisions, submissions, and compliance with applicable institutional policies and laws.
10. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we, our affiliates, employees, contractors, Educators, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability arising from any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform, its operators, affiliates, Educators, contractors, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, infringement of the rights of another person, or violation of applicable law.
11. Third-Party Services
The Platform may rely on trusted third-party providers for services such as payment processing, website hosting, communications, analytics, security, and other operational functions.
These providers process information only as necessary to perform their services and in accordance with applicable U.S. laws and our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party websites or services that may be linked from the Platform.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, our business practices, technology, or the Services we provide.
